1976 Amco Cup

The 1976 Amco Cup was a rugby league football tournament featuring teams from around the Australian states of New South Wales and Queensland.

Straight knock-out with 35 teams, 6 of which played off in a preliminary round.

The final attracted a ground record of 21,670 to Leichhardt Oval. Balmain's second-rower Dennis Tutty was named man-of-the-match.

North Sydney's hooker John Gray was named the player of the series.
