The 1970 Cal State Fullerton Titans football team represented California State University, Fullerton during the 1970 College Division football season. This was the Titans first year fielding a collegiate football team.

Cal State Fullerton competed in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). The team was led by head coach Dick Coury. The Titans played home games at Anaheim Stadium in Anaheim, California. They finished the season with a record of six wins, four losses and one tie (6–4–1, 3–1 CCAA).

No Cal State Fullerton Titans were selected in the 1971 NFL Draft.
