1970–71 Liga Bet

The 1970–71 Liga Bet season saw Hapoel Migdal HaEmek, Hapoel Kiryat Haim, Maccabi Bat Yam and Hapoel Ashdod win their regional divisions and promoted to Liga Alef.

Beitar Tirat HaCarmel withdrew from the league.

1. Maccabi Kfar Gvirol merged with Maccabi Kiryat Gat.

2. Beitar Rehovot merged with Beitar Ashdod. the club continued as Beitar Ashdod.
