The 1969 Cal Poly Pomona Broncos football team represented California State Polytechnic College, Kellogg-Voorhis during the 1969 College Division football season.

Cal Poly Pomona competed in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). For the 1969 season CCAA football changed significantly. Three schools left the conference and moved up to the University Division in the new Pacific Coast Athletic Association. Those schools were Fresno State, Cal State Long Beach, and Cal State Los Angeles. They were replaced in 1969 by Cal Poly Pomona and UC Riverside and in 1970 by Cal State Fullerton. Cal Poly Pomona had joined the CCAA in 1967, but its football team was not considered a conference member since they didn't play a full slate of conference games in 1967 or 1968.

Cal Poly Pomona was led by first-year head coach Roy Anderson. They played home games at Kellogg Field in Pomona, California. The Broncos finished the season with a record of two wins and eight losses (2–8, 1–2 CCAA). Overall, the team was outscored by its opponents 110–287 for the season.

No Cal Poly Pomona players were selected in the 1970 NFL Draft.
