The 1965 Oregon State Beavers football team represented Oregon State University in the Athletic Association of Western Universities (AAWU) during the 1965 college football season. In their first season under head coach Dee Andros, the Beavers compiled a 5–5 record (1–3 against Pac-10 opponents), finished in seventh place in the AAWU, and outscored their opponents, 162 to 125. The team played its home games at Parker Stadium in Corvallis, Oregon.

Dee Andros was hired as Oregon State's head football coach in February 1965, following the resignation of Tommy Prothro. Andros had been the head football coach at Idaho from 1962 to 1964. He had played college football at Oklahoma in the 1940s. Andros remained at Oregon State for 11 years, compiling a record of 51–64–1 (30–37–1 against PCC opponents).
