The 1963 Valley State Matadors football team represented Valley State during the 1963 College Division football season.
Valley State competed in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). The Matadors were led by second-year head coach Sam Winningham. They played home games at Monroe High in Sepulveda, CA. They finished the season with a record of two wins and six losses (2–6, 0–3 CCAA).
No Valley State players were selected in the 1964 NFL Draft.
