The 1941 UC Santa Barbara Gauchos football team represented Santa Barbara State during the 1941 College Division football season.

Santa Barbara competed in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). Due to World War II, this was the last year of competition for Santa Barbara until 1946. The team was led by first-year head coach Stan Williamson and played home games at La Playa Stadium in Santa Barbara, California. The Gauchos finished the season with a record of three wins, five losses and one tie (3–5–1, 1–2 CCAA).

No Santa Barbara Gaucho players were selected in the 1942 NFL Draft.
