The Women's Singles tennis competition was one of the events of the 1934 Wimbledon Championships which was played on outdoor grass courts at the AELTC in Wimbledon, London and held from 25 June to 6 July. The draw consisted of 96 players of which 10 earned their spot via the qualifying event and eight were seeded.
Second-seeded Dorothy Round defeated first-seeded Helen Jacobs 6–2, 5–7, 6–3 in the final to win the Ladies' Singles title.
