1931 English cricket season
The 1931 English cricket season was notable for the first tour by a New Zealand Test team which included three test matches in which England won 1-0. The 1931 County Championship was won by Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
England defeated the first New Zealand tourists 1-0 with two matches drawn.
