The 1910 Auburn Tigers football team represented Auburn University in the 1910 college football season. Led by head coach Mike Donahue, the team went 6–1, outscoring opponents 176–9. The team's leading scorer was Bill Streit.

The season started with a 6–0 defeat of Mississippi A&M. Both Streit and Kirk Newell were injured.

In the second week of play came the season's biggest win, 78–0 over Howard.

Auburn beat Clemson 16–0 .

The only loss was to the Texas Longhorns.

Auburn defeated rival Georgia Tech 16–0.

In Gulfport, Auburn beat Tulane 33–0.

In the 26 to 0 victory over the Georgia Bulldogs, Streit scored two touchdowns.
