The 1893 Penn State Nittany Lions football team represented the Pennsylvania State University in the 1893 college football season. The team was coached by George Hoskins. It was first team to play on Beaver Field, Penn State football's first permanent home.
Despite the article title, the school did not adopt the Nittany Lion as its mascot until 1907.
