100 Days (Chinese: 100 天) is Singaporean Mandopop Singer-songwriter JJ Lin's seventh Mandarin studio album. It was released on 18 December 2009 by the Ocean Butterflies Music and distributed by Avex Taiwan.
In early 2009 during a concert in Beijing, JJ suffered vocal cord injuries and had to receive treatment in hospital. He recalled how depressed he felt one night during his hospital stay: "At the time, I felt it was the end of the world and thought I could never sing again. I was in complete despair. That night felt 100 days long" - thus the title of this album, 100 Days.
The track "背對背擁抱" (Back To Back) is listed at number 17 on Hit Fm Taiwan's Hit Fm Annual Top 100 Singles Chart (Hit-Fm年度百首單曲) for 2010.
