The first full album by Television Personalities, it was recorded after a four-year series of singles recorded under a variety of names, including the O-Level and the Teenage Filmstars. The songs are performed by Dan Treacy, Ed Ball, and Mark Sheppard. The album's cover features a photograph of British model/actress/singer Twiggy and actor Patrick Macnee, best known for his role as the secret agent John Steed in the British television series The Avengers.
