Črneče (pronounced [tʃəɾˈneːtʃɛ]) is a village on the right bank of the Drava River in the Municipality of Dravograd in the Carinthia region in northern Slovenia.
The local church in the centre of the settlement is dedicated to Saint Andrew and Saint James and dates to the early 15th century with some later rebuilding.
