Óscar Rubén Fernández Romero (born 28 September 1974) is a Spanish football coach, currently in charge of Atlético Madrid B.
In 2007, Valencia fired coach Quique Flores, and Fernández was appointed interim coach. After his last game with Valencia when they beat Mallorca 2-0 with 2 goals from Fernando Morientes, he said
After that game Fernández was sacked and went to manage the B team for new first-team coach Ronald Koeman.
In 2011, he became the newly formed Huracán Valencia first first-team coach. Having not even played one game with the club he moved to the more attracting Greek Super League side Asteras Tripoli.
