Ranchette Estates is a census-designated place (CDP) in Willacy County, Texas, United States. The population was 152 at the 2010 census.
Ranchette Estates is located at 26°29′4″N 97°49′19″W / 26.48444°N 97.82194°W (26.484386, -97.821953).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.6 square mile (1.6 km²), all land. The CDP lost a small portion of its area, the southeast corner below TX-186 prior to the 2010 census.
As of the census of 2000, there were 133 people, 32 households, and 28 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 216.7 people per square mile (84.2/km²). There were 33 housing units at an average density of 53.8/sq mi (20.9/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 72.93% White, 4.51% Native American, 3.76% Pacific Islander, 12.78% from other races, and 6.02% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 94.74% of the population.
There were 32 households out of which 71.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.8% were married couples living together, 15.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 12.5% were non-families. 12.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 4.16 and the average family size was 4.54.
