Hak Ja Han (Korean: 한학자, Hanja: 韓鶴子) (born January 6, 1943 lunar calendar which is February 10, 1943 Gregorian) is a Korean religious leader. She and her late husband Sun Myung Moon were the leaders of the Unification Church and are generally regarded by church members as the True Parents of humankind. They married in April 1960 and have 10 living children and over 30 grandchildren. She is called the True Mother and regarded as the perfect woman by church members.

In 1992, she established the Unification Church affiliated-organization Women's Federation for World Peace, and traveled the world speaking on its behalf. Han's influence within the Unification Church has steadily increased. She was designated by Moon as his successor as the leader of the Unification Movement, and became so upon Moon's death in 2012.

Han, whose mother later became a follower of Sun Myung Moon, was born on January 6, 1943 (lunar calendar). Han attended an all-girls high school in Korea but did not go on to college. She speaks Japanese and English as well as Korean, although she speaks English with a Korean accent. In April 1960, at the age of 17, Han, by then a member of the Unification Church (which was officially founded in 1954), married Moon who was then 40 years old. Han has 14 children, 10 of whom are still living, and as of 1993 had 20 grandchildren and 38 as of 2011. The children are: daughter Ye Jin Moon(1960-); sons Hyo Jin Moon(1962-2008); Hae Jin Moon(1964-1964); daughter In Jin Moon(1965-); son Heung Jin Moon(1966-1984); daughter Un Jin Moon(1967); sons Hyun Jin Moon(1969-); Kook Jin Moon(1970-); Kwon Jin Moon(1970-); daughter Sun Jin Moon(1976-); sons Young Jin Moon(1976-1999); Hyung Jin Moon(1979-); daughters Yeon Jin Moon(1981-); and Jeung Jin Moon(1982-) In Korean culture, as well as other East Asian cultures, a married woman keeps her original family name, with the children taking their father's.
