VetsNYC

VetsNYC is a group of American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) certified veterinary hospitals with three locations; two in Riverside, New York City, and another in Yorktown Heights, NY. The company was started by Dr. Phillip Raclyn and Dr. Steven Kasanofsky. The company Riverside Animal Hospital was the first, and started running in 1986, with the other two soon to follow. The company recently began a fourth service, Mobile Vet Express, a service that provides veterinarian house calls for people who have a hard time going to the vet in person.

Riverside Animal Hospital was purchased by Dr. Phillip Raclyn in 1986 from its previous owner, Dr. Joel Ehrenzweig. It is on West 108th street in New York City. The practice was on the cutting edge of veterinary dentistry, and was referenced in the New York Times and other major publications while veterinary dentistry was gaining traction It continues to serve clients and patients today.

Riverside Veterinary Group

Riverside Veterinary Group was purchased by Drs. Raclyn and Kasanofsky and brought into the VetsNYC fold in 1992. It is located on West 79th Street, NYC. In 2009 it merged with Ansonia Veterinary Center.
