Spliff Star

William A. Lewis better known as Spliff Star (born April 16, 1975) is an American hip-hop recording artist and producer from Brooklyn. He is best known as a member of the Flipmode Squad (now known as The Conglomerate) since 1996 and in particular for his work with Busta Rhymes. Both Vibe and Complex listed Spliff Star as one of the best hype men in hip hop.
