Mascardi Lake (Spanish: "Lago Mascardi", Spanish pronunciation: [ˈlaɣo masˈkarði]) is a lake in the lake region of northern Patagonia in Río Negro Province in Argentina. It is within the Nahuel Huapi National Park. The lake depression consists of several glacial valleys carved out along faults and Miocene valleys that were later dammed by moraines. The lake is named after Nicolás Mascardi, a 17th-century Jesuit who missioned in the area.

The organisms living in/around the lake are river otters , deer , foxes , cougars , and guanacos and the birds that fly around there are ducks , geese , swans , Austral parakeets , cormants and Andean condors.
