Lucky to Be a Woman (Italian: La fortuna di essere donna and also known as What a Woman!) is a 1956 Italian comedy film directed by Alessandro Blasetti starring Sophia Loren and Charles Boyer.

This is a comedy about a photographer, Corrado, played by Mastroianni, who snaps a picture of Antonietta, played by Loren. When it shows up on the front page of a magazine, she wants to take him to court over it. He then tries to convince her that he can connect her up with powerful men and introduces her to Charles Boyer as Count Gregorio Sennetti, who can make her a movie stars, but things don't turn out good when the counts wife shows up. Blasetti had done the popular "Too Bad, She's Bad" over a year before and this was the third film that featured Sophia Loren with Marcello Mastroianni.
