Joel Searby

Joel Searby is an American political strategist and pollster. He was the chief strategist for the conservative 501(c) non-profit Better for America which laid the groundwork for an independent presidential candidate in 2016. After leaving Better for America, Searby became the Chief Strategist and Campaign Manager for independent presidential candidate Evan McMullin.

Searby spent 2006-2016 in consulting with one of the largest political consulting firms in the Southeast, Data Targeting, serving as CEO beginning in 2014. They served clients in 17 states from federal to local, large PACs, trade associations and many others.
