Janet Carafa

Janet Carafa is a mime artist based in New York City who also runs New York Entertainment Connection, an event entertainment and production company. She has studied with Marcel Marceau and was a lead performer with the American Mime Theatre for fifteen years. She has also directed the Movement and Mime Theatre. Janet is also a certified Bikram Yoga Teacher. She is the author of two books: "Silent Fortune" and "Yoga of Mime - Stepping into your Creative State"

Originally from Connecticut and a graduate of the University of Colorado, Ms. Carafa has performed with the New York City Mime Company and the Valley Studio for Mime in Wisconsin.
